The team are passionate about what they do and we thought you may want to know a little more about them.

He then joined the championship leaders Featherstone Rovers for a further four years until 2010 when he announced his retirement from the game.

During his rugby career and whilst he was the strength and fitness conditioner for Wales RL National Team he worked with some of the best trainers and conditioners in the world. This has given him a vast amount of knowledge on training, nutrition and what it takes to help you achieve your goals.

Jamie not only gets great satisfaction from training himself, but gets a great sense of achievement in helping others improve their lives.

Lydia Cavaliere

Hello I’m Lydia. My background is in skiing and weight training which led me to gain a degree in Sport, Physical Activity and Health and a level 3 PT. I have been working for the past few years teaching and assisting in primary education and now making the switch to combine my love for movement and teaching together. I am currently studying towards becoming a Nutritional Therapist to be able to provide clients with a natural approach to resolving health issues, through testing and nutrition.

I’m a big advocate that exercise should be fun and never a form of punishment. My ethos as a coach is to programme sessions that are tailored for each individual, in line with both your goals, and how you enjoy training. I am passionate about having a balanced approach to health and fitness and that you can still enjoy the good things in life whilst making changes to your health.

I love exercise for the physical and mental benefits and I’m excited to provide a safe space for clients to switch off from their daily life and help them achieve whatever their goals may be.
