I am a firm believer that exercise and nutrition are key components of both physical and mental health. My training and workouts will help you to become stronger, fitter, healthier and happier both inside and outside the gym. I am passionate about my job and enjoy working with clients to build long term exercise and eating habits. Outside of the gym I am a mum of two, and my personal interests include reading, cooking, yoga and gin – but not in that order!
