Jamie Field is currently the Wales Rugby League strength and fitness trainer, he has over 17 years of playing professional rugby league and has studied under the world renowned Charles Poliquin.
Charles Poliquin has designed workouts for Olympic athletes in 12 different sports, world record holders in 10 different sports, and professional athletes in NBA, NFL, MLB and UK premier league.

Post Natal
It is advised that a new mother should not return to training till 6 weeks after birth. Our aim is to provide a safe environment to train in steadily improving posture stamina energy and muscular endurance. With targets and individual goals wither it be returning to your pre pregnancy weight or just increasing yourself confidence you will have a fully qualified personal trainer to help you every step of the way.
