The 5 Star Team have all studied under Paul Chek and Charles Poliquin, two of the worlds leading experts in corrective exercise, strength and fat loss. All the team have a professional sports back ground and have played or worked in an elite environment.
We have experience and possess a wide range of skills from physiotherapy, sports rehabilitation to nutrition and fitness. When it comes to personal training we know what it takes to build good relationships and achieve excellent results with our clients. We have a unique, no nonsense approach by making the sessions both enjoyable and beneficial at the same time.
As a client you will be given individual support, motivation and advice through private 1 to 1 sessions to get the results you want. We dedicate the whole hour to yourself and your specific needs to drive the results you want in a realistic time frame.
